It is certainly true what you say about the environmental damage that is created by growing GMO crops and how that is passed up the food chain to affect human health, but there appear to be some serious health risks associated with eating GMO foods that the average person (like me too, because I’m not a geneticist!) has to exercise their brain muscles a little to understand.

This is a strange time right now. With less food available, people become more aware, waste less, buy local but the flip side is more GMO. With less oil, people turn to alternative modes of transportation that are better for the environment. With a poorer economy, people spend less. However, people also are less willing to have money spent on renewable energy, new eco-friendly systems. It will be interesting to see where we go from here. Hear hear!
